terms of service
1. payment is to be made upfront or 50% upfront then 50% after completion, payment only in euros and only through paypal invoices or ko-fi2. do not use my work for ai training or nfts and do not claim my work as your own3. do not use my work for commercial purposes or otherwise profit off of my work unless discussed4. turn-around times will take a WHILE, depending on the amount of commissions, health condition and/or school work situation. i am extremely low energy and drawing does take me a long time to completeexpected turn-around time is minimum of 3 months up to 12, again depending on my situationmashup commissions should be done alot faster but not guaranteed5. considering why i decided to open commissions (1k goal until december), i may not be able to refund you in full or at all. if i am certain i cannot complete your commission for whatever reason i will give a refund based on how much work has been doneif it is regards to xiv mods. i can gladly still send over .pmp, .psd, or .blend files6. if you have any questions regarding anything please feel free to ask ! i will gladly answer, especially if its portfolio relatedif you have read and agree to my terms please use the word "eternal" in any way
